IF QUENTIN Tarantino had directed Cirque Du Soleil, then you would only be half way there as Circus of Horrors is heads to Scarborough Spa on Tuesday, March 17.

The show stormed into the finals of Britain’s Got Talent, the only circus act ever to do so, and is now a West End smash, marking its 20th anniversary in spectacular style.

With TV credits including The X Factor, Daybreak, Who Wants to be a Millionaire, The One Show and This Morning as well as a performance alongside Robbie Williams at Prince Charles’ 50th birthday celebrations, the show aims to take extreme to the mainstream.

The show started its gruesome journey at the 1995 Glastonbury Festival and became an instant hit, before touring all over the world including festival appearances alongside Alice Cooper, Eminem, Motley Crue, Oasis, Iron Maiden, Marilyn Manson and many more.

2013 saw another giant leap for the show when it began a series of dates in London’s West End, becoming the first circus to appear in a West End theatre for 100 years.

The latest show, ‘The Night of the Zombie’ is set in 2020 in a decrepit and corpse ridden London plagued by a swarm of zombies. The story twists and turns with grisly murders and sensational shocks, all interwoven with some of the greatest and most bizarre circus acts on Earth in a city ruled by the undead.

Expect sword swallowers, knife throwers, daredevil balancing acts, astonishing aerialists, gyrating and fire limboing acrobats and much more climaxing in an awesome flaming apocalypse.

Performed by an almighty cast with a forked tongue firmly in cheek, this spectacular show will have you on the edge of your seat.
