IT’S THE Disney film that’s melted everyone’s hearts and now there is the chance to see and sing-along to Frozen on the big screen this Christmas.

The Stephen Joseph Theatre, Scarborough is screening the sing-along version of the family blockbuster in its cinema on various dates from December 20 to January 3.

It’s a special festive treat for the young and the young at heart and the theatre welcomes everyone to let it go, bring their loudest singing voices and to dress up.

The heart-warming tale sees fearless optimist Anna set off on an epic journey - teaming up with rugged mountain man Kristoff and his loyal reindeer Sven - to find her sister Elsa, whose icy powers have trapped the kingdom of Arendelle in eternal winter.

Encountering Everest-like conditions, mystical trolls and a hilarious snowman named Olaf, Anna and Kristoff battle the elements in a race to save the kingdom.

Inspired by Hans Christian Andersen’s The Snow Queen, Frozen has become the biggest animated film of all time and features the voices of Kristen Bell, Josh Gad and Tony Award-winning actress Idina Menzel.

The Frozen Sing-Along is showing at the Stephen Joseph Theatre cinema on December 20 at 5pm, December 22 to 24, at 2.45pm, December 27, at 5pm, December 28 to 31, at 2.45pm and January 2 and 3, at 5pm.
