Star gazing event at Dalby Forest
ON Friday, a public stargazing event will take place in Dalby Forest organised by Scarborough and Ryedale Astronomical Society.
Takoing place between 8pm and 10pm, stargazers will be able to view the delights of the night sky from one of the darkest locations in the UK.
The event is free (charitable donations welcomed), with no booking required. Wrap up warm and meet at the visitor centre. In the event of poor weather, an indoor talk will be provided.
