A STARLIGHTERS spectacular is being planned by multi-talented students to raise money for their performing arts school.
Led by singer Leo Rowell, the show, starring five students from Kirkham Henry Performing Arts Centre and the Ryedale Youth Theatre, will be in the studio at the Milton Rooms, Malton, on Friday, at 8pm, with only 45 tickets available.
Leo, 18, who regularly performs with the Youth Theatre, said: “Kirkham Henry wants to extend its current premises because it is full to capacity.
“We have all benefited from the superb teaching at Kirkham Henry and this is our way of giving something back.”
Leo who was last seen treading the boards at the Milton Rooms hosting Ryedale’s Got Talent, will be joined by Ben Greenhough, Ria Williams, Ellen Longworth and Hannah Richardson.
Tickets for the performance cost £7 and can be bought from No 1 Health & Beauty, in Malton, or by phoning 01653 600149.
