LITERATURE and music take over the stage at The Milton Rooms in Malton this week.
Tonight (Wednesday) at 7.30pm, Michigan-born Navy veteran Drew Nelson, a storytelling songwriter and multi-instrumentalist, performs.
A fly fisherman and world traveller, he writes as a witness to the lives and journeys of those he has met along the way, mixing Americana and roots-rock with traditional folk.
Tickets are £8.
On Sunday at 5pm is Tea & A Tale, featuring classic short stories performed by a professional actor.
Tickets are £3.50, including tea.
