Europe's biggest book fair to be held in York next week
THE annual York National Book Fair, the largest in Europe and now in its 42nd year, opens next Friday in the Knavesmire Suite at York Racecourse.
Organisers say the fair will feature the largest ever number of exhibitors, with more than 220 leading dealers offering ‘rare, antiquarian, unusual and hard -to-obtain items’ on all conceivable subjects.
“Items on sale range between the truly rare and expensive and the affordable,” added a spokeswoman.
