GOLFERS are invited to enter the 'Malton Masters' is aid of two charities.
Organised by Malton and Norton Rotary Club, the golf day is offering an overnight stay at The Talbot Hotel for a hole in one.
The event, which will be held at Malton and Norton Golf Club on June 10, is open to teams of four - both mens, ladies and mixed, the golf day and will raise funds for Yorkshire Cancer Research and the Encephalitis Society,
Entry is £140 per team to include green fees, bacon sandwich and coffee prior to play, halfway house refreshments and a two course end-of-round meal.
The main prizes for the first three teams include golf club vouchers worth £200 for first place, £160 of vouchers for second, £120 for third and £80 for fourth, along with a number of special prizes.
Sponsorship has been provided by local businesses and organisations.
A spokesman for Malton and Norton Rotary Club said they were keen to support local charities.
"We hope local people will support the golf day and raise as much money as possible for two worthwhile charities."
