IN the Autumn sunshine at Malton, the trade for all classes of breeding sheep remained firm, and the store lamb trade was better than anticipated.
The top pen of breeding sheep was shown by RW Twiddle, Knapton; a pen of Texel X Beltex Shearling, which sold for a rewarding £230/head to Hannah Jeffrey.
