BOON Hill country show proved a big success on Saturday thanks to record crowds and good weather.
Chairman Bob Gibson said exhibitors had travelled from a wide area to take part in the event, held at Newton-upon-Rawcliffe.
The show specialises in horse riding and showjumping, terrier classes, vintage tractors, as well as cookery, horticultural crafts and ferrets.
Mr Gibson said it had been an excellent day.
He said: "I would like to thank the Woodmansey family, the committee and all the people which have contributed to the show.
"The weather was kind to us bringing out lots of smiling faces and good entries making the day a success."
Money raised from the event will go to the Yorkshire Air Ambulance, Scarborough, Whitby and Ryedale Mind and Yorkshire Cancer Research.
