Sue Butler steps down from Brandsby HQ

A CAREER spanning 50 years has come to an end at Brandsby Agricultural Trading Association at its Amotherby headquarters with the retirement of Sue Butler.
She has held different posts in its financial department over the years, including working in the forwarding office, purchase ledger and payroll departments.
Chief executive Steven Clarke said: “Sue has been a very much valued member of our staff who will be greatly missed.”
However, despite being retired from employment, Sue will still be busy in her home village of Rillington where she is vicechairman of the parish council, chairman of the Horticultural Society and secretary of the local branch of the Yorkshire Countrywomen’s Association, as well as being a correspondent for the Gazette & Herald.
