HOLLY SHEPHERDSON, from Hutton Buscel, near Scarborough, was thrilled to have won the prelim 4 test on Dancer at the Friars Hill competition.
Holly and the veteran Dancer, who is now 20 years old, also secured a second place in the 70cms prix caprilli class after Fiona Hardman and Bruce.
Liz Cammish rode a lovely test in the intro, riding Murphy to win along with a fifth place in the prelim.
Jeanette Fitzgerald was another smiley face to win the 55cms prix caprilli on the consistent Blaze.
Results were: Intro – 1 Liz Cammish and Murphy, 2 Charli Parker and Dolly, 3 Helen Cammish and Hilton, 4 Jeremy Corkell & Pelu Prelim 4– 1 Holly Shepherdson and Dancer, 2 Helen Cammish and Hilton, 3 Fiona Hardman and Bruce, 4 Rachel Ingham and Grey, 5 Liz Cammish and Murphy, 6 Amy Newman and Molly.
Prix caprilli 55cm – 1 Jeanette Fitzgerald and Blaze, 2 Charlie Parker and Dolly, 3 Amy Newman and Molly.
Prix caprilli 70cm – 1 Fiona Hardman and Bruce, 2 Holly Shepherdson and Dancer, 3 Fiona Hill and Henderson, 4 Jody Salton and Murphy.
