The Middleton pony club held its annual presentation awards at the Middleton Arms, North Grimston with a supper and disco.
Lady Susan Watson and Trish Russell the district commissioners for the Middleton pony club, presented the trophies to the members of the club along with saying a special thanks to Lois Teal for organizing the night, and to Phillip and Liz Clark for the use of their Farlington farm for rallies and competitions.
Awards as follows
Behrens cup – Eleanor Clark
Junior team shield – Samantha Brown, Octavia Howard and Lauren Gregory
Walford cup for intermediate individual – Lois Teal
Fitzgerald cup for intermediate team – Lois Teal, Alice Laughton, Emily Easterby and Hannah Milner
Darley cup for open individual – Bethany Shipley
Barthorpe trophy for open team shared with dressage and show jumping team – Amy Small, Martha Headley, Bethany Shipley and Sophie Blades for show jumping and Roxanne & Bethany Shipley, Sophie Blades and Eliza Watson for dressage.
Augermist trophy – Lois Teal, Emily Easterby, Martha Headley and Hannah Milner
Stone dressage cup – Amy Small
The Rook and Mason hunting cup – Laura Dishman
General Foster cup – Lois Teal
