THE annual Bishop Wilton Show was once again a huge success, albeit a very wet one.

The main attraction had to be the Atkinson Stunt horses and riders, who put on some action-packed displays for the crowds.

An appearance from the Yashkino Siberian Huskies drew in the children, along with some excellent falconry displays.

The Middleton Hounds put in a couple of turns around the arena, with the children, and adults alike, going into the ring after to meet the hounds and showing their support for their local pack.

Felledge Cracker Jack and his owner T Marshall were in flying form to win the in-hand coloured cob and in-hand veterans for the 15 to 19 year olds, along with a second in the ridden veteran class.

Mr Nutmeg and Alison Dalby put in an appearance to support their local show to win the veteran 20 to 24 year olds.

Alison and Mr Nutmeg are no strangers to the showing world but on a lesser scale now due to his advancing years.
