Engraving venture

A Helmsley jeweller named best customer service provider in the Gazette & Herald Business Awards 2005 has come up with another winning idea.

Libby Butler Jewellers is now offering a high-tech engraving service to her business.

"Precision engraving on most mediums and shapes, with same-day service, starts at the beginning of March," said Libby. "We are able to engrave on base and precious metals, acrylics, laminates and glass, flat, round and even inside rings, with diamond-cutting skills."

Trophies, medals, door plaques, pet tags, key fobs and gifts can all be personalised with the service.

Trading under the name Ryedale Engravers, the work shop will be based at Libby's shop in Borogate.
