Three appointed in 'exciting growth'

Three senior managers have been appointed as executive directors at Scarborough Building Society as part of "an exciting period of growth".

Martin Frazer has now become operations director, Andrew Holmes is now resources director and secretary, and Kevin Moran is the new IT director.

Chairman of the board, William Worsely said: "The Scarborough faces a period of phenomenal opportunity in the months and years ahead.

"In order to achieve our ambitious goals, we need a high calibre team to share their valuable insights and ideas."

Martin Frazer has built his career within the building society sector, having worked previously at a range of other societies before joining the Scarborough in 1989.

Andrew Holmes started his career as a property lawyer. He joined the Scarborough Building Society six years ago.

Kevin Moran has worked his way towards his new position through a number of senior IT-related and general management roles, after joining the Society in 1985.

Chief executive John Carrier said: "I am pleased to say we have the best people working for us across the business that we have ever had, and these are the very best of times to be part of the Scarborough story."
