Young Farmers Clubs

On Tuesday, March 4, Rillington Young Farmers visited Malton Brewery for a pub crawl of a different nature as Alan Brayshaw kindly gave up his spare time to give members a guided tour of the process of beer brewing, from the ingredients to the finished product.

The evening was made complete when some of our members tried a sample of the brewery's own. Paul Teasdale gave a vote of thanks.

YOUNG farmers from throughout the EU are set to discuss their future with ministers and Commissioner Franz Fischler at a conference in Rome. Organised by Conseil Europeen des Jeunes Agriculteurs, the conference hosted by the Italian government will take place in the Palazzo dei Congressi on March 28-29. National Federation of YFC chairman Nick Sansom said: "Governments need to listen to us because we are the future of the industry."
