School opens doors

STILL glowing from its very successful OFSTED report, Malton School is to open its doors for its annual open evening.

First of all, there will be an introductory meeting for year six children and their parents and then the whole school will be on show.

Former students of both the secondary modern and grammar schools will no doubt be particularly interested in the work being done on the history of secondary education in Malton schools in the last century.

Parents, children, employers and members of the public are all welcome to the evening on July 4 between 7pm and 9pm.
