Notice of making of a Public Path Diversion and Definitive Map and Statement Modification Order Highways Act 1980 Wildlife and Countryside Act 1981 North Yorkshire County Council Bridleway Nos. 25.107/3 & 25.107/9 and Footpath No. 25.107/14, Grange Farm, Westow Diversion Order 2017
The above Order, made on 02 October 2017, under Section 119 of the Highways Act 1980 and Section 53A(2) of the Wildlife and Countryside Act 1981, will divert the public bridleway and footpath described below and modify The Former East Riding now situated within the County of North Yorkshire Definitive Map and statement accordingly. Bridleway Nos. 25.107/3 and 15.107/9, starts at Grid Reference SE75726567 and runs east-north­east for approximately 576 metres to SE76246589 then north for approximately 165 metres SE76216605 onto a new route starting at SE75726567 and running north along the field edge for approximately 75 metres, then east-north-east for approximately 243 metres, then north for approximately 86 metres to SE75946590, then east-north-east for approximately 292 metres to SE76216602, then north for approximately 31 metres to the continuation of the way at SE76216605. Footpath 25.107/14, starts at SE7626588 and runs generally east-north-east for approximately 379 metres to SE76576609, onto a new route starting at SE76216605 and running southwards along an access track for approximately 53 metres to SE76226600 and then south-south-east for approximately 22 metres to a gap leading into the field at SE76236598, continuing south-south-east along the field edge for approximately 41 metres then east-north-east along the field edge for approximately 370 metres to SE76576609. All as shown on the Order plan. A concurrent extinguishment Order will close the section of cul-de-sac bridleway between SE76246589 and SE76386586, also as shown on the Order plan. A copy of the Order and Order map may be seen free of charge during normal office hours at Malton Library, St Michael Street, Malton YO17 7LJ until 08 November 2017. Copies of the Order and map may be purchased from Waste & Countryside Services, North Yorkshire County Council, County Hall, Northallerton, North Yorkshire, DL7 8AD (tel: 01609 532512) at a cost of £2.00, or can be downloaded free from our website www.northyorks.gov.uk/ pathnotices. Any representations about or objections to the Order may be sent in writing to Andrew Hunter, Definitive Map Team, County Hall, Northallerton DL7 8AD to arrive not later than 08 November 2017. Please state the grounds on which they are made. Please note that objections/representations cannot be treated as confidential and may come into the public domain. Copies of any objections or representations received may be disclosed to interested parties, including the Planning Inspectorate where the case is referred to it for determination.
If no such representations or objections are duly made, or if any so made are withdrawn, North Yorkshire County Council may confirm the Order as an unopposed Order. If the Order is sent to the Secretary of State for the Environment for confirmation, any representations and objections which have not been withdrawn will be sent with the Order.

Definitive Map and Statement Modification Order Highways Act 1980 Wildlife and Countryside Act 1981 North Yorkshire County Council Bridleway No. 25.107/9 (Part), Grange Farm To Grange House Farm, Westow Extinguishment Order 2017
The above Order, made on 02 October 2017, under Section 118 of the Highways Act 1980 and Section 53A(2) of the Wildlife and Countryside Act 1981, will extinguish the public bridleway described below and modify The Former East Riding now situated within the County of North Yorkshire Definitive Map and statement accordingly. Bridleway No. 25.107/9, from Grid Reference SE7624 6589, running east-south-east for approximately 22 metres to SE7626 6588, then eastwards for approximately 121 metres to SE7638 6586. A diversion order will run concurrently with this extinguishment order and North Yorkshire County Council undertakes that the right of way to be extinguished by this Order will not be extinguished until the diversion order has been confirmed. A copy of the Order and the Order map have been placed and may be seen free of charge during normal office hours at Malton Library, St Michael Street, Malton YO17 7LJ, North Yorkshire until 08 November 2017.
