OXTOBY Shirley Terry and family would like to thank family and friends for their sympathies, kindness and support following the sad loss of Shirley. Special thanks to Dr Jones at Derwent Surgery, the doctors and nurses at York District Hospital and the Community nurses. Thanks to Rev. Glyn Diggins for his comforting service and to E & AR Agar for their compassionate and efficient funeral arrangements. Finally thanks to all who came to celebrate Shirleys life and generous donations will be shared between St Catherine's Hospice and St Marys Priory Church.
