SPENCER Heather Julie and family sincerely thank everyone for thoughtful expressions of condolence, also those who attended the service and all who made donations in her memory. Heartfelt gratitude for support and compassionate care from Eldercare, Community Nurses, Derwent Surgery and Beechams. With thanks to Rev.
