Hurd Marion John, Alan, Jane and families would like to thank all relatives, friends and neighbours for their kind messages and cards of sympathy on our very sad loss. Our thanks to all the staff on Fitzwilliam Ward at Malton Hospital for looking after Marion so well. Making her comfortable and understanding her dementia and it's special needs. Special thanks to Rev. Ruth Duck for a very comforting service and her choice of music on entering and leaving the Chapel. To Alan for reading his Mums favourite poem, Alison for sharing the thoughts of the Grandchildren and Paul for writing his poems on Grandmas dinners. Thanks to Ted and Kerry for their funeral arrangements. Also Sarah Scaife for the excellent refreshments and to Steve for the use of the Recreation Club. Finally thank you all for the kind donations of £600, which will be split equally between Dementia Forward in grateful thanks to Sue and the team for their help and support during a difficult time and Malton Hospital for their care and understanding of Marions needs.
