Watson Alf Rita, Brenda, Eric and Bryan would like to thank all family, friends, neighbours and farming associates for their cards and messages of sympathy received during their recent loss. With thanks to all family and friends who attended the lovely service at Octon, and the many mourners who attended the Thanksgiving Service held at St. Marys Church in Old Malton. Special thanks to Tom Sewell for his uplifting eulogy, to Elaine Jones for her beautiful Ecclesiastes reading and to Barrie Turner for his humorous and moving 'Ode to Alf', and to the Rev'd Peter Robinson for leading us through this lovely service. Thank you to Malton Rugby Club for their kind hospitality and to Janet who provided such a wonderful buffet. Thanks to Kerry of E & AR Agar, for her support and efficient funeral arrangements. Finally we extend an enormous thank you to all who donated generously to the British Heart Association, Cancer Research and our local churches. God Bless Alf, may he rest in peace
