THOMPSON Evelyn Eileen, Graham, David and families would like to thank all friends, neighbours and relatives for the cards and messages of sympathy received during their recent sad loss. Thanks to Dr Lodge and nurses from Kirkbymoorside Surgery and to the carers from Start for their help and kindness shown to Evelyn and family. Grateful thanks to Adam Collier for his caring and efficient funeral arrangements and to Norma Davey for the Eulogy and comforting service. Special thanks to Chris and Katy Storey for all their support and friendship to Evelyn over many years. Finally thanks to everyone who attended the services in Scarborough and Kirkbymoorside and for the donations to the British Heart Foundation and St. Catherine's Hospice, which totalled £317.40p
