TV PUB chef Tom Kerridge has paid a visit to a steelworks near Easingwold to recreate a traditional American dish.
Tom was at Topp and Co workshop in Tholthorpe, filming for his current BBC Two series, re-creating a dish that the Pittsburgh steel workers used to cook.
Staff at the steelworks were treated to a modern version of a traditional steak, cooked on hot rolls of steel in the same way steel workers used to at the end of their daily routine.
The programme will be aired on Friday, November 7 at 9pm.
