A TEENAGER has been arrested and charged with attempted robbery after an incident at an indoor market in Scarborough on Saturday.
North Yorkshire Police have confirmed that the 19-year-old man has also been charged with possession of an offensive weapon, after the incident just before 12.30pm at Market Vaults in St Helen's Square, Scarborough on Saturday.
He will appear in front of magistrates in the town today.
