Malton gym offers personal training sessions

A MALTON gym is introducing an incentive to get fit this year with tailored personal training sessions.
Paul Piercy, owner of Body and Soul gym, in Greengate, is introducing 30-minute work-out sessions for people who are pushed for time, but want to make the most of the time they have to exercise.
“So many people have told me they struggle to spare a whole hour – so I came up with the idea of these short, sharp 30-minute sessions,” he said.
“Half an hour is great for busy people, those new to exercise wanting an introduction or those who want a quick and satisfying blast of high intensity workout.”
Each session is tailored to each client’s needs or specific body areas and sessions can also be shared between friends.
Paul said: “It is technically better for you to do two lots of half hour sessions a week than just doing exercise once a week.
“I want to help people to get fit and I find it incredibly rewarding to work with clients to achieve their fitness goals.”
